Do you have insurance to cover physical damages to my property? |
IFSS is fully insured, and most certainly, insurance forms can be provided upon request. |
Do you have insurance to cover injuries to your employees while on my premises? |
IFSS is fully insured, and we will be glad to provide insurance upon request. |
Who are you bonded with? |
IFSS carries a AAA rating with bonding agent “Willis of Florida”. Bonding abilities and limits are available upon request. |
The safety of my family /employees /staff is very important to me. What kind of background checks do you do on your employees? |
All employees are drug-screened and background-checked annually. Our employees are held to a zero tolerance policy for drugs. |
As my business involves high-security what kind of security clearance process are your employees required to go through before being allowed to work in my "secure facility"? |
Due to the secure nature of our business we screen employees to the same standards as schools (The Jessica Lunsford Act), police stations, airports (TSA), seaports, and DHS (Department of Homeland Security). |
I've heard horror stories about companies that use "sub contractors". When it comes to doing work on my home / business / facility will you be using subcontractors or will all of the work be done by your employees who are covered under your license? |
Typically this work is performed “turnkey” by IFSS (using only IFSS employees), unless at the customer’s request or best interests we use one of their preferred subs such as a landscape, fence, IT, or driveway company. |
Will you cut corners on materials or man power? |
Our goal is to provide you with the best system that your money can buy. Not only will we not cut corners, we will do our best to educate the customer in the best practice to perform any one of our services. |
What would you consider too small a project to accept? |
A clear line between too small a project and a project that fits our model doesn’t exist. Our project estimates and proposals are free of charge, so feel free to give us a call. |
What projects would you consider too large for your company? |
We haven’t found one yet, but it doesn’t mean one doesn’t exist. |
Do you get the permits or do I? |
Only in the case of a homeowners permit being required would it be the responsibility of the customer. IFSS currently does all of its own expediting and permitting. |
Will you leave everything neat and clean when you are done? |
It is our policy to ensure your facility is returned to you in the manner it was turned over to IFSS.
